  Wayne is widely regarded for his expertise in soils and fertilisers, especially soil tests and their interpretation. He makes the complex simple, explaining and presenting complex technical information to clients in an easily understood manner. He focuses on evidence-based and profitable fertiliser use and soil amelioration.

  Wayne has worked in public and private organisations in various roles including Research Officer, Agronomist and Managing Director. He has consulted through the Equii business since 2013 and is a founder of AgTech company Laconik which uses data analytics and growers’ own information to deliver variable rate fertiliser prescriptions.
