UNFS are excited to be able to lock in the dates for the first (of two) series of Precision Ag Workshops. Funded by Agrifutures, the ‘Producer Tech Uptake’ workshops in July are designed to take growers through all aspects of Precision Ag, with a focus on implementing map technology in season. There is no presumed knowledge required, covering topics from common file types, how and why map data is recorded, through to using NDVI satellite imagery and creating prescriptions. New Farmers (farming less than ten years) are encouraged to come along to the Jamestown Workshop, however all farmers are welcome to attend!
